GENERAL INFORMATION: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to mail in a return. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. You’ll also need the packing slip.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the packaging with your purchase and has all of your information and the order number on it.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. These items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at and forward photos of any damage. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or jewelry.

EXCHANGES: The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
